Cancellation Policy
We believe in full transparency and ease of management for our users. You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in your **Billing Settings**.
Period End Access
When you cancel, you will maintain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle or trial period.
Once your period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier. We do not delete your documents upon cancellation; they remain saved in your library.
Refund Policy
As our services involve significant upfront AI generation and infrastructure costs, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused portions of a subscription.
However, we are committed to fairness:
- Billing Errors: If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days for a full correction.
- Technical Failures: If a persistent technical issue prevented you from using the service, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
